Hello my name is Deland! I was abandoned right after I was born. Someone found me and brought me to a HEAL volunteer who bottle fed me and raised me. I'm super sweet, love to play and be around people.  If you are interested in me please go to the HEAL website and fill out an adoption application first. Someone will call you to answer your questions and guide you through the adoption process. Adoption fee is $125 and includes the spay/neuter surgery, fiv/felv test, first fvrcp shots, microchipping, treatment for intestinal parasites and flea control. Must be at least 21 years old to adopt.
